Installation
There is no installation required. NatCharts runs on any web browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Google Chrome, etc.) over the internet. It even runs on Android and iOS based devices.
Training
Training videos on the main functions of the application are included. Detailed user guides are also provided. Training by phone is available.
Security
NatCharts runs over a secure connection (HTTPS). All private information is encrypted in the database.
Backup
Backups are performed off site and on nightly basis. Thus, no need to pay for or worry about a backup service.
Maintenance
Since NatCharts is an office management application that runs over the web, all maintenance is performed off hours on the weekends resulting in NO downtime to your business.
